Returns Information
- Please note we do not offer refunds for returns, including change of mind or incorrect sizes. Returns will be issued as store credit in AUD, and is valid for 30 days from delivery.
- Faulty items should be reported immediately.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Purchases made with Afterpay or PayPal follow the same policy, and you must continue payments as agreed with Afterpay.
- Email contact@bxrundisputed.com with your order number to start the process of your return. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days.
- Condition of return: Must be unworn, unwashed(No smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder), and in all correct and original packaging.
Payment Information
- We accept; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay.
- Buy Now, Pay Later options include AfterPay.
Shipping Information
- All orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after being finalised. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Please be mindful this could be delayed during sale periods.
- Once orders have been shipped, BXR is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
- Packages are sent through AusPost and can be tracked using the tracking number received by email.
- We offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, United States, Tonga and United Arab Emirates.
PLEASE NOTE: Once orders have been sent out, it is the customers responsibility to track with AusPost. Customers should regularly check the status of their order via the provided tracking number and contact AusPost if any issues arise. AusPost will return to sender if it is not collected by the customer within 10 days. Any shipping costs involved with resending any orders will be at the customers expense. Please email contact@bxr.com if you have not received your order within 10 days.
